By involving women farmer groups and creating structured support systems—including marketing access and operational subsidies—the initiative aims to increase economic independence, reduce social inequality, and promote sustainable agriculture. Participants can earn up to Rp750,000/month, making it a significant step toward reducing poverty and increasing dignity through meaningful work.
